SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We recommend double-checking your details before placing your order, as Vereya cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to recharge the shipping fee before resending the order.
2. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties upon arrival. In most cases, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Any customs fees or duties applied at delivery are determined by the destination country and collected by its local authorities. Responsibility for paying these charges lies with the customer.
While Vereya ensures that all customs documentation is completed accurately, we have no control over additional fees imposed by customs. If customs charges are unpaid or refused, the parcel may be returned to us or, in some cases, seized or destroyed. We are unable to take responsibility for orders lost as a result of unpaid or rejected customs fees.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that once a parcel has arrived at its destination and a delivery, pickup, or customs notification has been issued, the order is considered delivered. We kindly ask customers to follow any carrier or customs instructions promptly, as the returns timeframe will begin from this point.
If a parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, original shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. In certain cases where the return is the result of customer-related issues, a refund may not be possible.
3. EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your item for another size instead of returning it, we’ll take care of the return shipping costs for you.
4. RETURNS
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us via info@vereya-archive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service, as Vereya cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking details until your refund has been processed.
Once your return has been approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Each return is carefully inspected upon arrival. For significantly worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange.
For international returns, parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”. Any customs charges incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if selected) within 4–5 working days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. SPECIAL CASES
If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the return costs.
