SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We ship within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2–5 business days
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- European Union : 3–7 business days
- International: 5–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.
For international orders (outside the European Union), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
1. General Information
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We recommend double-checking your details before placing your order, as Vereya cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again before resending the order.
2. Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties upon arrival.
Any customs fees or duties applied at delivery are determined by the destination country and collected by its local authorities. Responsibility for paying these charges lies with the customer.
While we ensure that all customs documentation is completed accurately, we have no control over additional fees imposed by customs.
If customs charges are unpaid or refused, the parcel may be returned to us or, in some cases, destroyed. We are not responsible for orders lost due to unpaid or rejected customs fees.
3. Important Note
If a delivery attempt has been made or a parcel is available for pickup and the customer does not follow the carrier’s instructions, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, original shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. In certain cases caused by customer-related issues, a refund may be refused.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vereya Archive GbR, Gmelinstraße 10B, 25938 Wyk auf Föhr, Germany, email: info@vereya-archive.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
5. Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vereya-archive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For international returns, parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”. Any customs charges incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please contact us.
We offer free exchanges within the European Union and the United Kingdom. For exchanges outside these regions, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vereya-archive.com with photos of the issue.
We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or reimbursement of return costs where applicable.
